  • As absentee landlords the best decision we ever made was to engage NellyToia/ Waiheke Best Rentals, (sadly it was only for the last three years.) We made lots of rookie mistakes in the first seven years. Nelly opened our eyes to our own naivety with one to one phone calls and generally caring about our property as though it was one of her own. Nelly and her team are fantastic they arranged and organised things when we couldn't. She was extremely fair to our tenant, whilst looking after our family home.
